Dieses Projekt soll die Wirksamkeit von Serious Games in der virtuellen Realit\u00e4t zur Verbesserung des Sehverm\u00f6gens untersuchen. Es konzentriert sich auch auf die Folgen von Amblyopie (Aufmerksamkeits- und motorische Defizite), die Auswirkungen der Intervention auf die motorischen Funktionen und schlie\u00dflich auf die Frage, inwieweit diese Verbesserungen mit der Aufmerksamkeit in Zusammenhang stehen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Um an dieser klinischen Studie teilnehmen zu k\u00f6nnen, werden Personen im Alter von 6 bis 35 Jahren, die bereits Augenpflaster\/Augenklappe tragen, aktiv gesucht.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die klinische Studie &#8222;AMBER&#8220; wurde von Dr. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/paul-matusz-0483ab36\/?originalSubdomain=ch\">Pawel Matusz<\/a> entwickelt und haupts\u00e4chlich durch sein Karrierestipendium &#8222;Ambizione&#8220; des Schweizerischen Nationalfonds zur F\u00f6rderung der wissenschaftlichen Forschung (SNF) finanziert und durch das Marie Curie Sklodowska Action &#8222;V-HAB&#8220; Postdoc-Projekt von Dr. Cristina Simon Martinez mitfinanziert und hat nun offiziell begonnen. Der Beginn der klinischen Studie folgt auf die erste Phase dieses gro\u00dfen Projekts, das sich auf die Untersuchung der Beziehung zwischen Sehen und Aufmerksamkeit sowie motorischen F\u00e4higkeiten konzentriert (lesen Sie den Artikel, der das gro\u00dfe Projekt im Rahmen des Postdoc-Projekts V-HAB von Dr. Simon vorstellt und den Verlauf der ersten Phase beschreibt).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Immersive Tests<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Heute beginnt die zweite Phase, die sich der randomisierten <a href=\"https:\/\/clinicaltrials.gov\/ct2\/show\/NCT05114252?term=pawel+matusz&amp;draw=2&amp;rank=1\">klinischen Pr\u00fcfung<\/a> widmet. Behandlungen mit virtueller Realit\u00e4t bieten viele Vorteile im Vergleich zu herk\u00f6mmlichen Behandlungen (Okklusionstherapie). Dank der Zusammenarbeit zwischen Dr. Matusz und dem Unternehmen Vivid Vision, das neue Rehabilitationsprogramme entwickelt, soll in dieser Studie die Wirksamkeit einer Heimrehabilitation f\u00fcr Kinder mit Amblyopie getestet werden. Ihr Programm <a href=\"https:\/\/www.seevividly.com\/home\/set_up\">Vivid Vision Home<\/a> beinhaltet Videospielperioden (serious games) auf einem Virtual-Reality-Headset (VR), die zu Hause durchgef\u00fchrt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die binokulare Stimulation zur Verbesserung der Sehsch\u00e4rfe und die Stereovision haben in fr\u00fcheren Pilotstudien deutliche Vorteile gezeigt.
